Manganese Ore Crusher

There are several stages of the manganese ore crushing plant. General large bloke of manganese need be crushed with large-scale manganese ore jaw crusher. Then the hydraulic cone crusher crushes the minerals into small blokes which will be further crushed with fine crushing jaw crusher. The high efficient fine crushing machine is necessary if you need further fine crushed materials.

Manganese Ore Processing Plant Flow

Manganese ore processing plant mainly consists of crushing, grinding and beneficiation.

The First Stage: Crushing and Screening

Large bloke of manganese ores are uniformly sent into manganese ore jaw crusher or mobile crushing station for coarse crushing through vibrating feeder. The coarse crushed manganese ores are conveyed into single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium crushing with the conveyor belt after they are screened. The medium crushed manganese ore materials are sent into hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.

The Second Stage: Grinding

Send the screened 0-12mm manganese powder into ball mill for grinding. After the screening of spiral classifier, unqualified materials will be sent into ball mill for further grinding.

The Third Stage: Beneficiation

Send the manganese powder meeting the beneficiation requirements into magnetic separator for impurity removal. The Manganese fine powder will be gained after the drying of manganese powder with the dryer.
