1. Coarse Crushing

2. Medium/ Fine Crushing

In spite of its complex structure, Iron cone crusher has strength of high production capacity, fine crushing particle size, high abrasive resistance and values. The Iron cone crusher is widely used in the large-scale iron ore processing or crushing plant. In term of production efficiency and costs, the usage of cone crusher largely reduces the production costs.

The medium and fine crushed finished products with less than 12mm mineral particle size will be sent into ore groove for further crushing and drying. Therefore, to some extent, the proper crusher selection decides the iron ore processing plant efficiency and is important for companies whose main raw material is iron ore.
